3-5 Month Lead time for Delivery
Completed Drums Typically cost between £360-£500. The final balance will be invoiced and due to be paid upon completion. As with all custom orders once the build has started your deposit becomes non-refundable. Please see our T&Cs on your final invoice regarding payment.
Our custom drums are fully customisable. You have full control of the design process and we will be in close contact throughout the design and build process.
You can choose:
Frame size (14.5", 16", 18")
Frame depth (between 3"-8")
Venner choices for inner/outer faces
Skin choice to suit your desired sound/playing style (goat, deer, kangaroo, synthetic heads available)
Banding and tacking options
Finish (wax, stains, etchings, art)
Through e-mail and phone conversations I aim to build a drum that you will love for many years to come. You are also very welcome to come along to the studio to design your drum in person. Check out what wood options we have, choose your banding etc.

Elelemts that are often custom choices include:
- Skin Choice (Lambeg/Nanny Goat/Vellum)
- Skin Finish (Natual Buff/Waxed/Super Smooth)
- Taping and Tone pads
- Colour/Staining both internal and external finishes
- Banding and pinning choices
- Rim cut-outs
- Veneer finishes
- Staining/Painting and Waxing Options
Once your deposit is paid, I will make contact to discuss your vision and requirements. Following this an email invoice detailing the final drum and FINAL COST will be sent for approval. Once approved your deposit becomes non-refundable- as at this point contruction begins and final payment is required before shipment of the final drum.
Delivery
Once the drum is completed and full final payment is received, your drum will be carefully packaged and sent by recorded, insured delivery. You are also very welcome to collect the drum in person from the workshop.
Deposit becomes non-refundable once resources specific for your drum (veneers/skin) are ordered or following the pressing if the main shell.
Payment upon completion of the drum prior to delivery/pick up.
We do not accept returns on custom orders unless due to defect during manufacturing.
